About CloudReady Training
We are a global IFS Cloud training and change partner with deep industry expertise.
"Most strategies don't fail because they're bad strategies. They fail because leaders overlook the people components required to turn plans into action."
Our Philosophy: Mission First. People Always.
Your IFS project has a mission...
Who We Are
Founded by practitioners who've been in the war room at 2am before go-live, who've run major IFS implementations, and who understand what separates successful rollouts from expensive failures—CloudReady Training exists for one purpose: to ensure your users don't just learn IFS, they become confident, capable advocates who drive business value from day one.
We're not here to sell you training days. We're here to help you succeed with IFS. Sometimes that means a comprehensive training programme. Sometimes it means targeted support. Sometimes it means a conversation that helps you clarify what you actually need.
The engagement follows from that understanding—not the other way around.
Our Approach: Advisors First
We believe the best client relationships begin with understanding, not selling. Before we discuss training programmes or quote project days, we ask questions:
- What does success look like for your users?
- Where are the real adoption risks in your project?
- How does training fit into your broader implementation timeline?
- What will make your users confident rather than merely compliant?
Our goal is simple: make you smarter about your training decision, whether th leads to working with us or not. We'd rather have a relationship built on trust than a transaction built on pressure.
Why This Team Matters
CloudReady Training brings together three perspectives that rarely exist in one place:
- Implementation Experience: Training designed by people who've rescued failing projects—not theorists who've only read about them
- Talent Network Intelligence: Real-time visibility into IFS projects across the UK&I that others simply don't have
- Ecosystem Understanding: Deep experience inside IFS partner organisations—we know where implementations break and how training fixes them
When you work with CloudReady, you're not getting a training vendor. You're getting advisors who understand your project from multiple angles.
The Team
Nemer Habib
CEO & Co-Founder
After three decades spanning journalism, publishing, and communications, Nemer spent five years as a Project Manager at HOIST, a prime IFS partner and integrator. He's been on the front line of Cloud implementations and upgrades, business transformation and change management, value enhancement and business development facilitation. That experience revealed a pattern: project after project, the same issue emerged. Not technology failures. Not configuration problems. Training gaps. Users who weren't ready. Stakeholders who hadn't been convinced. Adoption that never happened. CloudReady Training was born from that insight. As Nemer sees it, every user needs to be trained, and every stakeholder needs to understand why training matters—from C-level executives making the investment decision to end users on the shop floor who will live in the system daily. Bridging that gap is our mission.
Ellis Saczak
COO & Co-Founder
Ellis founded GoLive Recruitment in early 2025 as the UK&I's only IFS-specialist recruitment consultancy. That singular focus provides visibility into IFS projects that generalist firms simply don't have—which projects are staffing up, which teams are under pressure, and where capability gaps are creating challenges. Through countless conversations with IFS project teams, a pattern became clear: the training gap isn't just a capability problem—it's a structural issue in how IFS implementations are resourced. Teams are brilliant at configuring systems but stretched thin when it comes to preparing users. CloudReady Training was a natural evolution of Ellis's commitment to serving the IFS community. At CloudReady, Ellis ensures delivery capability scales to meet demand through the GoLive network of IFS-specialist trainers, while his market visibility helps the team focus on where training support creates the most value.
Neil Campbell
Client Success Advisor
Most IFS training conversations start with "how many days do you need?" Neil starts with different questions: What does success look like for your users? Where are the real adoption risks in your project? How does training fit into your broader implementation timeline? With five years as Country Manager, European Regional Manager, and Business Value Partner Europe for IFS partner organisations across the UK&I, Benelux, and DACH regions, Neil has worked directly with clients to achieve business value outcomes from their IFS investments. He understands the IFS ecosystem from the inside—not just how implementations are delivered, but what makes the difference between users who struggle and users who thrive. At CloudReady Training, Neil's role is to help clients and partners understand what training investment makes sense for their specific situation—the project timeline, the user population, the modules in scope, the adoption goals. Sometimes that means a comprehensive programme. Sometimes it means targeted train-the-trainer support. Sometimes it means specialist resource to complement an existing delivery team. Neil works as an advisor first. The engagement, if it makes sense, follows from that conversation—not the other way around.

We're proud to be part of the IFS ecosystem—what the community calls "Team Purple." We don't compete with implementation partners or IFS themselves. We strengthen the ecosystem by providing dedicated training expertise that complements implementation delivery.
Whether you're an IFS partner looking for white-label training capability, an end client navigating a Cloud migration, or an organisation seeking to improve user adoption on an existing system—we're here to help the project succeed.
Because when your people a ready, your IFS investment delivers.
